Generally clean, safe, family-oriented apartment complex. I had positive experiences with the maintenance staff. They cleaned my carpet after an outside hire tracked mud throughout the interior. I liked the style of apartments offered. They even offer an the two separate bedroom And bathroom arrangement for two parties to live with privacy.
A very well kept complex for the elderly. My parents have lived there for 2yrs now and they have had no complaints with their new living location. They have a two bed with a lot of space for just them two. The complex itself is beautifully landscaped and well run.
I’ve lived at Reserve at Westland Apartments in Westland for 6 months now and I love it. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Maintenance staff is courteous, friendly, and fast. Office staff are very welcoming and helpful. Pool is in excellent condition and monitored so only residents and their guests are allowed entry. Lots of lounge chairs and even tables with shade. I do wish they would move the pool hours up a few hours as they are currently 1-8pm. I get many compliments on my apartment from visitors. Many residents including myself have nice patio furniture outside and I do not worry about theft. The location is great! Meijer, Kroger, pharmacies, food, the freeway, everything you need close by. Price is reasonable and worth every penny. Landscaping is beautiful, seasonal flowers look great! I work in property management and I can honestly say they do a great job managing this complex and their residents. I would highly recommend making Reserve at Westland Apartments your place to call home.
Can’t say enough about how awesome the maintenance staff at Reserve at Westland are. When my furnace was having issues this winter they were at my apartment fixing it within two hours of me placing a call. For non-emergency issues, they are there by the end of the day. Also, they do a great job of salting/plowing the roads and sidewalks from the early morning to evening. Truly 5 star service that puts my mind at ease.
Just moved in. So far it’s been a great experience as a young professional. The staff are friendly and helpful. Neighbors are quiet and likeable. Apartments are spacious and have all amenities that you could need. The covered parking is indeed a blessing for Michigan winters.
